During the Easter holidays, boys and girls from 5 to 12 years old will become “Animal Experts.”

BIOPARC Valencia has opened the registration period for its holiday school “Africa Expedition” Easter '17. An opportunity to learn through leisure. Directed for children from 5 to 12 years and do it in contact with nature. A formative leisure that is experiential. They make them aware of the importance of conserving the planet's biodiversity.

“Animal Experts” courses on giraffes, porcupines, turtles and chimpanzees.

In this edition the courses will be dedicated monographically to four different species: giraffes, porcupines, turtles and chimpanzees. And the days will take place 18, 19, 20 and 21 for April.

All activities offered are carried out specialized educators and animal caretakers. Throughout them you will be able to discover the curiosities of these species. They will help prepare the facilities and prepare their diets. They will study their behavior, collaborate on the environmental enrichment route... all this to discover what the BIOPARC's main objective: “the conservation of ecosystems and the animals that are part of them.”

Easter school with limited places.

Furthermore, there will be no shortage of games, gymkhanas and crafts. Each course is a full-day proposal from 9h until 17h. The little ones learn to preserve the environment and the biodiversity of the Earth. At the end of each course, the children receive a diploma that accredits them as “Animal expert” of the chosen species.

The price per day per child is €45 and includes all materials as well as lunch and dinner. And there are discounts for large families, single parents and holders of the B annual pass!
