With a proposal to enjoy “an entire year”, it extends the promotion offered by all B! annual passes. at the single price of €38+1. A commemoration “with a cause” where all +€1 goes to saving chimpanzees with the collaboration between the BIOPARC Foundation and the Jane Goodall Institute.
This 13º Anniversary, marked by an exceptional situation, BIOPARC wanted to commemorate it in a different way, proposing to enjoy the park for a whole year. In this sense, it has been offered the B! annual pass, for everyone, at the price of the child pass, €38+1. In February, the protection of people's health has motivated especially restrictive measures, which has limited access to the park for many families. For this reason, BIOPARC has decided to extend its celebration and special annual pass promotion until March 14.

In this anniversary “with a cause” BIOPARC wanted all +€1 to go to saving a species in critical danger of extinction, chimpanzees. In this way, thanks to the collaboration between the BIOPARC Foundation and the Jane Goodall Institute, from Valencia we will put “our grain of sand” in the important project that is being developed in Senegal to preserve the territory of the last “Verus” chimpanzees from Africa.
El Western Chimpanzee (Pan troglodytes verus) also known as “Verus” is critically endangered and is the only subspecies among chimpanzees with a European breeding program (EEP). BIOPARC Valencia participates in this project with a group made up of one male and 5 females. In 2018 the first calf was born, Coco, which will be 3 years old next July. In addition, the BIOPARC Fuengirola and Valencia teams achieved a milestone in the history of the program for this threatened subspecies: the “adoption” of the precious baby Djibril. A conservation success that extraordinary revitalizes the genetics of the few populations remaining in European parks.
Celebrating this anniversary with the B! Annual Pass It has a double reason of interest. On the one hand, having the opportunity to contemplate the evolution of these two little chimpanzees, Coco and Djibril, share the joy of seeing them interact happily with their family and know that they are collaborating in the in situ conservation of their fellow Africans and their habitat of origin.

BIOPARC Valencia remains open to the public with the implementation of special COVID-19 measures related to health and safety. In this sense, for the common good, the commitment and responsibility of all people in complying with the rules during the visit is necessary.
