The BIOPARC technical team had prepared surprises in its outdoor enclosure to celebrate the third anniversary of the first gorilla born in the Valencian Community.
Among the moments of emotion, it is worth highlighting when the numerous Valencian schoolchildren and tourists who visited the park sang “happy birthday” in chorus.

BIOPARC Valencia today commemorated the anniversary of EBO, the first gorilla born in the Valencia Community, and his keepers had prepared gifts and delicacies for him in their outdoor enclosure to make today a special day.
EBO is an icon of species conservation in serious danger of extinction, in fact it is named after a small and valuable forest of Cameroon where gorillas live that are found in serious risk of extinction in the short term.

As a sign of conservationist commitment all the children who visited the park for FREE this weekend contributed 1 € for Conservation EBO Project in situ through BIOPARC Foundation.
EBO lives with his parents and other females in the reproductive group and many tourists, the general public and schoolchildren from various educational centers who visited BIOPARC Valencia have enjoyed a family celebration scene.
