Professors and students from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Polytechnic University will teach the little ones how to bring their favorite BIOPARC Valencia animals to life through drawing. In addition, the participating boys and girls will be the protagonists of an animated short.

Friday, December 13 of 2013. This Sunday, December 15, the last awareness day from the “10 Wishes for Hope” campaign Bioparc Valencia with the collaboration of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Polytechnic University.

There will be a fun animation workshop for children between 5 and 12 years old at the Bioparc Storytelling Theater with a hours from 11.30:13 a.m. to 14.30 p.m. and in the afternoon from 16:XNUMX p.m. to XNUMX p.m.. With the activity “Go ahead and draw nature”, they will be able to capture on their block what they see in nature and they will learn basic drawing techniques while having fun painting their favorite animals.

Next, the participants, with the help of teachers and students from the Drawing Department, will create their own short film in which they will be the protagonists dressed as birds of different species.

The “10 Wishes for Hope” campaign is intended to raise awareness of the situation of the planet and its most endangered species. To achieve this, each month has focused on a special theme so that the little ones could understand how they can contribute to protecting the environment. As the culmination of the campaign, the the children's wish of 2013 as a symbol of the support and awareness of Valencian children with nature and its animal species.

In addition, the day will have a solidarity activity with the celebration of the 3rd Parade of abandoned dogs at 12 noon in the Bioparc access plaza, where fifty pets will gather in search of a home this Christmas.
