Fourth edition of the abandoned dogs parade organized by AUPA and Bioparc Valencia.

Valencia May 19, 2014. Yesterday at 12 noon, 50 dogs welcomed by AUPA “they took the catwalk” in the access plaza of Foundation. After the success of the previous solidarity parades, numerous people, including many entire families, came to meet the wonderful dogs who were looking for a second chance.

At the moment, around fifteen happy stories can be told, some of them starring the dogs that have “put a face” on this charity event. Tattoo 5 months old and with deep blue eyes and the star of this year's poster, he spent the night in his new home. Also several boxer mix puppies that came from a litter of 7. Some people came in search of a small dog that could live comfortably in an apartment, and others have “fell in love” with larger, stronger dogs. They all walked happily with those who will surely become their best and most faithful friends.
Always committed to charitable causes and animal welfare, Ximo Rovira has once again been the presenter of the event. In addition, attendees were able to enjoy a festive day and they have been able to contemplate exhibitions offered by Adiestramiento Valencia and by Maskokotas.
Awareness and respect for animals have also been very present. Dogs give us their absolute loyalty and abandoning them is unforgivable cruelty. Choosing to adopt an abandoned animal is an act of solidarity and responsibility, Hence the importance of going to associations that can inform and advise on the animal that will best adapt to the needs and preferences of the family.
